zero I restart the computer as well but nothing is changing. word and excel is in English the rest is nevertheless coming up in Chinese

Go into Control Panel > Add together a Linguistic communication > Advanced settings
click "Use linguistic communication settings to the welcome screen, arrangement accounts, and new user accounts" For english

I figured out why i tin can't find the language in control panel because there is non. Language is merely in the settings carte. so y'all tin can not become into control panel to change.
